Rods
A standard product offered by Ultramat is tungsten carbide rod precision-finish ground to h6 tolerance. A variety of highest quality rod carbide grades are available, ranging from the industry-standard 0.7 micron 10% cobalt K20 grade, to 0.4um micrograin ultra-hard materials in cobalt contents ranging from 6-12%.
Accurate magnetic and other tests can be carried out in Ultramat's laboratories to ensure that the manufacturing processes have been carried out to meet the appropriate quality standards.
